1. The equipment warranty period is 12 months starting from the date of final acceptance and qualification.
2. If the machine tool malfunctions under normal operation within the warranty period, the Supplier shall provide timely and effective technical services, with free replacement of spare parts and free service labor.
If component damage is caused by improper operation of the machine tool, the Supplier will provide free service labor, only charging the cost price of replacement parts.
After the warranty expires, the Supplier shall offer prompt technical support including maintenance guidance and supply of spare parts for on-site troubleshooting. Only the cost of replacement parts and service labor will be charged.
3. After-sales Service Terms:
In case of machine failure, service technicians will arrive on-site within 12 hours for locations within the province, and within 48 hours for locations outside the province. Special circumstances shall be confirmed through mutual negotiation between both parties.
During machine installation, the height difference between the worktable surface and the ground shall be +100mm
